New diagnostic tests needed as a result of "Grennelle 2"

New Energy Label DPE

Following the latest environment initiatives of the French government the “grenelle 2” law includes that, as of the 1st January 2011: • all advertised property for sale will have to display its energy label, called DPE; • a septic tank conformity report is needed if there is no connexion to mains drainage • Information regarding the possible pollution of the soil needs to be given.
